Peak to Peak Budget Billing

Peak to Peak's Budget Billing program is yet another way to protect yourself from rising heat costs. The use of Peak to Peak Budget Billing program, in conjunction with the "Mr. Max" contracting program, provides the customer with a means of budgeting a monthly payment for home heating requirements.

Peak to Peak Budget Billing program spreads an entire 12 month estimated consumption into 11 monthly payments, with approved credit. The Budget Billing season is in effect from August 1st through June 30th. The first payment is due with the signing and acceptance of both the Budget Billing Agreement and the Mr. Max Contract. Any remaining balance or credits will be due to Peak to Peak or the customer by July 31st. Peak to Peak will accept applications for Budget Billing from August 1st through December 31st each year. Budget Billing statements are generated the end of each month. Payments are due each month by the 25th.

Existing customer usage is based on last year's actual gallons plus 10%. New customers must supply Peak to Peak with estimated gallons. Payments are then computed based on weighted averages for each calendar quarter, in accordance with prices listed on the "Mr. Max" contact.

Budget Billing is for propane purchases. Mr. Max fees and yearly tank rental if applicable.

Every Budget Billing customer must receive our summer fill delivery. This special delivery price will fill your tank and ensure you have enough propane until the next heating season begins.

Enrollment in the Budget Billing program requires you to be on scheduled delivery for the 11 month period.

Please Note: No Credit Card payments will be accepted for Budget Billing.
