Agland's Budget Billing

Agland's Budget Billing program is yet another way to protect yourself from rising heat costs. The use of Agland's Budget Billing program, in conjunction with the "Mr. Max" contracting program, provides the customer with a means of budgeting a monthly payment for home heating requirements.

Agland's Budget Billing program spreads an entire 12 month estimated consumption into 11 monthly payments, with approved credit. The Budget Billing season is in effect from September 1st through July 31st. The first payment is due with the signing and acceptance of both the Budget Billing Agreement and the Mr. Max Contract. Any remaining balance or credits will be due Agland or the customer by July 31st. Agland will accept applications for Budget Billing from August 1st through December 31st of each year. Budget Billing statements are generated on the 25th of each month.

Existing customer usage is based on last year's actual gallons plus 10%. New customers must supply Agland with estimated gallons. Payments are then computed based on weighted averages for each calendar quarter, in accordance with prices listed on the "Mr. Max" contact.
