Mitch Anderson; General Manager/CEO. Mitch Anderson has been with Agland since 1988. He became the General Manager of Agland-Land O'Lakes Feed, LLC in 1998 and the General Manager/CEO of Agland in July 2003.

Rob Lyons; Vice-President, General & Administrative Division, Agland Chief Financial Officer. Rob has been with Agland since 2001. The General & Administrative Division has approximately 15 employees who are responsible for membership, credit, accounting, human resources, customer service and computer information systems.

Wayne Gustafson; Vice-President, Agronomy Division. Wayne has been an Agland employee and Agronomy Division director since 1986. The Agronomy Division has 26 employees who are responsible for providing dry and liquid fertilizer, spreading and application services.

Mick Daniel; Vice President, Feed Division. Mick Daniel has been affiliated with Agland since 1972 and has been the Feed Division Director since 1998. The Feed Division has 4 employees and 2 contractors who are responsible for marketing a full line of bulk and bagged livestock feed.Mick is also the General Manager of Agland-Land O'Lakes Feed, LLC. The LLC has 40 employees and manufactures bulk and bagged feed products for all species of livestock including various specialty feeds.

Dan Beauvais; Vice-President, Retail & Petroleum Division. Dan has been an Agland employee and Retail Division Director since 1989. He bacame Director for the Petroleum Division in 2003. The Retail Division has approximately 100 employees and conducts close to 6,000 transactions per day. The Petroleum Division has approximately 40 employees.

Keith Baxter; Vice-President, TBA/Bandag Division. Keith has been an Agland employee since 1991 and has been the TBA/Bandag Vice-President since 2001. The TBA/Bandag Division has approximately 35 employees who operate a Bandag retread facility and a car care center.
